Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support Capgemini in Inverness, Inverness-Shire, Scotland. This temporary position offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm, with an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.90 and pay progression after six months.

The role requires proven customer service experience and a proactive, helpful attitude to assist customers and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and customers.
