Customer Service Advisor

We have an opportunity for you to join our alliance with Clancy, Kier, and Anglian Water as a Contact Team Member. You will play a key role in our efforts to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment.

The Role:

Your role is central to our mission's success within the IMDS OMC. You will be on the frontline, supporting our customers by booking appointments and addressing concerns. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service is crucial. You will also assist in driving social media campaigns to generate more appointments for our customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as a primary contact for customers, scheduling metering appointments, and gathering insights into their concerns to improve our services.
  • Maintaining up-to-date systems and databases, providing analysis to stakeholders to support performance reviews and meet SLAs.
  • Assisting in scheduling and planning work activities to serve customers efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:

Exceptional customer service skills, especially over the phone, and proficiency in IT are essential. Experience with SAP and Genesys is preferred, as they are primary tools for bookings and customer interactions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and familiarity with other channels like social media, self-service portals, and email are advantageous.
