Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: 160 Dalston Lane, London E8 1NG

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Study Tech is a Disability Confident Employer.

We are a Social Enterprise that works with disabled people, providing specialist computer equipment, 1-1 teaching and have an in-house software development team.

We are currently looking for an ATT Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dalston, East London.

About the role:

You will be working as part of small Administrative Team, helping disabled students in higher education access specialist support and equipment.

  • Managing inbound calls and emails from students, providing assistance and resolving or escalating queries
  • Processing documents accurately and updating the customer status accordingly
  • Accurately updating our customer database on every communication with students
  • Liaising with Trainers
  • Booking, cancelling or rescheduling ATT sessions and taking good care of customers
  • Other administrative work as required
