Job summary

Halfords, National Tyres and Autocare in Dundee, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, handle job bookings in our in-house system and discuss technical concerns.

In this full-time role you will deliver excellent service, work towards targets, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave and staff discounts across Halfords products and Autocentres.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate with ability to use in-house systems.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points; role includes collection/delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle job bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers and provide solutions.
• Contribute to achieving targets and maintain service standards.

• Comprising a base salary of £29,080 - £34,900
