Job summary

Halfords in Bracknell is seeking a part-time Customer Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment. You will help customers choose products, explain services and work on weekends as part of a rota.

The role offers training and opportunities for career progression within the Group. Ideal candidates will have previous retail sales experience, a proactive customer-focused mindset and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to solve problems and handle challenges as they arise.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Experience working toward and achieving sales targets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and demonstrate products and services to help them make informed decisions.
• Explain Halfords offerings, warranties and fitting services to customers.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you've worked in another customer focused sales environment, we're likely to be a great fit for each other.

You're already a legend at quick and efficient working, and we'll give you the product knowledge and skills training you need to wow every customer. You'll learn how to demonstrate and explain our products as well as the practical aspects of our fitting services.

To be successful in this role you will need:
