Job summary

Bromford Flagship Livewest is recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join our Dereham office. You will handle queries via phone, email and live chat, delivering compassionate, accurate help on housing and repairs while upholding our values of Customer Driven, Ambitious and All In.

We’re currently recruiting for a number of full-time Customer Service Advisors with a variety of shift patterns.

Location: Dereham office, Office Based.

Hybrid working opportunities may be considered after 6 months of employment

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-13:30.

What You'll be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver compassionate, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, and live chat. You’ll handle a wide range of queries often related to housing, repairs, and sensitive personal circumstances with empathy and professionalism. You’ll take ownership of each interaction, listen actively, and provide clear resolutions, helping build trust and confidence in our services.
