Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,830 with a potential bonus of £4,200 per year

Location: Cumbernauld

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Overview

This Customer Service Advisor position involves responding to calls from existing customers to process orders, manage accounts, and request items. The role may also include offering new products that suit customer needs. Please note that while sales are involved, cold calling is not part of this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly.
  2. Make outbound calls to customers who haven't been contacted in a few months to check if they need new products.
  3. Support customers by providing solutions and suggesting new products that fit their needs, alongside managing existing orders.
  4. Handle customer complaints professionally.
  5. Generate quotes, process orders, and send invoices using the internal ordering system, with full training provided.
