Job summary

Confidential in Crawley, West Sussex is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, supporting the customer journey from queries to aftersales care, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Salary is up to circa £36,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am–12:30pm. Experience in an electrical wholesale business is essential.

As a Customer Advisor you will:

• Exceed customers expectations and keep customer service standards maintained
• Handle inbound telephone calls and e-mails from customers
• Support all aspects of the customer journey from product queries, advice and aftersales care
• Take ownership of any general issues, finding suitable solutions for customers
• Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company policy
• Liaise with other departments to ensure best service is maintained
• Build a strong relationship with the team and customers.
