The Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock, Briggs Equipment, Orbital 5

Salary: £25,500 per year (40 hours)

The Impact you will have:

  • Actively participate & support the AMS Team to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule using CI tools, Methodology, and Briggs Standard Operating Processes.
  • Prioritize and support all service-related activities within the team.
  • Take ownership to deliver an efficient, world-class, end-to-end customer experience, managing customer expectations to ensure business targets are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers, keeping them informed and managing expectations at all times.
