The Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock

Salary: £20,868 (32 hour week)

The Impact you will have:

  • Follow company health and safety guidelines at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe.
  • Support the Regional Service Controllers to deliver industry-leading business performance, exceeding regional targets through engineer productivity, work and time management, effective call handling, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
  • Prioritise and schedule work activities to meet customer expectations and drive efficiency, supporting resource planning for the team, including vehicle off-road situations, inspections, and liaising with third-party service providers where necessary.
  • Maximise engineers’ productive hours while managing the company’s carbon emissions by reducing travel between jobs (VMS).
