Customer Service Advisor
Salary - £29,284.92 per annum with opportunity to earn bonus
45 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Cambridge.
As the first point of contact you'll speak to the customer, the Bodyshop and any third parties to make sure every customer has an excellent experience. You'll need to be flexible as no two days are the same. You'll also need a driving licence if you're going to be part of the team.
You will need a Full UK Manual Driving Licence
