You will deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and owning the customer journey to ensure an excellent experience.
This position is ideal for individuals from a customer service background, preferably with industry experience, eager to see the impact of their work in a dynamic, service-focused environment.
