Job Opportunity: Customer Booking Advisor at a Car Main Dealership in Bath

We are working with a reputable car dealership in Bath that is actively seeking a friendly and professional Customer Booking Advisor to join their team.

No automotive experience is necessary, but a strong customer service background is essential!

Role: Motor Vehicle Customer Service Booking Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers to inform them of required service and repair work in a professional manner.
  2. Provide estimates for repairs and work to be undertaken.
  3. Recommend additional products and services suited to customer needs.
  4. Inform customers about timescales and collection arrangements.
  5. Create and manage job cards using the in-house computer system.
  6. Maintain and update customer and vehicle records.
  7. Document warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policies.
  8. Prepare and complete invoices accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  2. Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade.
  3. Full driving license.

The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public.
