You will join a friendly and professional team that works towards common goals and shares success. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to B2B customers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable managing inbound and outbound calls. You should possess first-class customer engagement skills, be adept at multitasking, and able to handle data accurately and efficiently. Your duties include being the first point of contact via calls and emails, creating quotations, processing orders, coordinating with logistics teams, and proactively engaging customers to cross-sell and close sales.
