Quest Employment Ltd. is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join a small, supportive team in Banbury. You will answer telephone calls, respond to customer queries and process orders accurately while working closely with colleagues to deliver a reliable service.

This is a B2B role dealing with transport providers and other teams to check stock, pricing enquiries and resolve delivery issues. We provide full training and support.

Formación

• Computer literacy is required.
• A confident and professional telephone manner is desirable.
• Excel experience is desirable.

About the role

£12.71 per hour (40 - 42 hours) Monday - Friday
