The role involves handling calls related to refuse collections, including upcoming changes in collection days following the next bank holiday, as well as bulky waste collections, green bin subscriptions, missed collections, and more.

Advisers will work in a busy contact centre with support from Senior advisers and Team leaders for training and assistance.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
