Role Overview: Customer Service Administrator

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds via the CRM system and Excel
  • Assisting with MCS accreditation admin processes
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and face-to-face
  • Providing high-level customer service
  • Owning and managing administrative processes within the office as the go-to person

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
