As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Processing orders, returns, exchanges, & refunds via the CRM system & Excel
  2. Assisting with MCS accreditation admin processes
  3. Dealing with telephone & face-to-face customer enquiries
  4. Providing a high level of customer service
  5. Taking ownership and control of the administrative processes within the office and being the go-to person

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a half-hour lunch.
