Wealthtime is seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role involves processing high volumes of instructions, supporting Financial Adviser firms, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers comprehensive training, a hybrid working model, and opportunities for professional growth.

The Role

As a Client Services Administrator, you will:

  1. Process investment instructions accurately and efficiently.
  2. Support queries from client firms and build strong relationships.
  3. Contribute to delivering a seamless client experience.
Training & Work Environment

Initial 5-day in-office training is mandatory. Post-training, you can opt for a hybrid model with at least 3 days in the office, or work up to 5 days if preferred.
