Your role

  7. Maintain communication with customers via email and phone
  8. Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  9. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  10. Have experience working in a busy customer service admin role
  11. Be familiar with working to company service level agreements
  12. Be able to prioritize tasks and remain flexible
