As a customer service administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Computer admin of NHS customer accounts
  • Data entry and inputting daily orders using detailed codes
  • Answering calls, dealing with enquiries, orders, emails

You should be a confident communicator, enjoy fast-paced work, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience in a chemist or with dispensing medicines is ideal but training will be provided.
