Job Description:

Pentest People is a UK-based security consultancy specialising in providing Penetration Testing as a Service to all its clients. Our innovative approach to security testing merges the benefits of consultant-led penetration testing with ongoing vulnerability assurance through our advanced SecurePortal.

We're currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Projects and Administrative team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the project management team to support the seamless delivery of projects from post-sale through to completion. This role calls for a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership to ensure exceptional service at every stage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review, and respond to internal and external emails daily
  • Coordinate consultant schedules and diaries
  • Liaise with clients to gather required information
  • Collect and review documentation from clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Consultancy teams to ensure timely delivery of client assessments
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, updating spreadsheets, and providing project updates
