Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client. You will communicate with customers, handle enquiries about orders, input data into Excel, and liaise with the Warehouse.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 – 13:00. This role suits someone with customer service or warehouse administration experience and offers interaction with colleagues across the operational team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for speaking to customers and the public on the phone and face to face.
• Accurate data input into Excel.
• Administration duties with occasional liaison with Warehouse colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers and members of the public by phone and in person.
