Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking a Customer Service Provider - Admin in Aldershot for a temporary period of about eight months. The role focuses on handling customer enquiries by phone and email, and performing essential administrative tasks to support depot operations.

You will liaise with drivers and colleagues to resolve issues, update systems, and maintain accurate records. Prior customer service or admin experience is beneficial, with an emphasis on accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration is beneficial.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Accurate data handling and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Investigate parcel and delivery enquiries, taking ownership until resolution.
• Provide accurate information about services, deliveries and collections.
• Liaise with operational colleagues and drivers to resolve queries.
• Update internal systems and maintain customer/parcel records.
• Perform general administration to support customer service and depot operations.
• Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow up as needed.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate when required.
