Parcelforce Worldwide, part of the Royal Mail Group, is hiring for a permanent, full-time driver role in Aldershot. You will sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle safety checks and deliver parcels to customers while maintaining a friendly, dependable service.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours minimum plus overtime hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is 5 days throughout Monday to Saturday, 07:30 - 17:30. Shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Aldershot, 160 North Lane, Aldershot, GU12 4QR

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, based on a 38 hour week & overtime
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium £4.39 (Saturdays) & £6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:
  1. Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  2. Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
