Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is looking for a confident communicator to handle inbound calls and assist customers face-to-face at collection points, working closely with drivers for collections and deliveries.

This 30-hour per week role offers a starting salary of £25,201 rising to £27,561 after probation, plus a £842 per annum supplement and extensive benefits including 22.5 days holiday, pension, discounts and development opportunities. A full manual driving licence is essential. Uniform is supplied.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills for inbound calls and face-to-face service.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word to input data.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers at collection points.

• Maintain accurate customer records and process information from databases.
