innergy is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Coordinator in Leeds to join a growing, office-based team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handle enquiries, support existing accounts and deliver the excellent service we're known for.

Based in Leeds with responsibility across Manchester and depots, the role offers a clear path to develop broad commercial, account management and customer service skills within a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or administration.
• Attitude and willingness to learn are important.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all new domestic LPG, beer gas and industrial gas enquiries.
• Respond to pricing queries from existing customers.
• Process stockist forms, surplus orders and pricing updates.
• Manage shared sales enquiries inbox and ensure prompt responses.
• Investigate customer concerns and support positive resolutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
