Job summary

Chef Works Europe Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer & Sales Support Executive to work in a busy Leeds office. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, support the sales team with orders, and manage communications to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires fluent English, at least 2 years’ experience, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 with strong Outlook skills. Training on Brightpearl and knowledge of office administration will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker/writer; other languages welcome.
• At least 2 years of experience in a successful business environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite with particular Outlook strength.
• Good technical ability to enable presentation setup in meeting spaces; proficient in PowerPoint, Prezi or similar presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service across the business and support sales activities.
• Acknowledge and process customer orders, primarily by email with phone/Teams as needed.
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain.
• Prepare meeting spaces, pull together product and food as required, and arrange shipments for orders outside the UK.
