We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team in Slough - a role designed for someone at the start of their professional career who wants to learn, grow, and make a real difference from day one.
This role is about people, communication, and trust. You’ll work with customers who already use our software, helping them understand their renewal options and ensuring they continue to feel supported, informed, and confident in choosing IRIS Software Group.

As a Customer Renewals Associate, you help customers continue using software they rely on every day. Your work helps maintain trust, long-term relationships, and positive customer experiences - which are essential to IRIS’s success.
