Job Description:

Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence in transport management? QuickSTAT is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager in Colnbrook.

Your Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting customer service excellence throughout the organisation. If you're ready to drive excellence and be the key to our transport success, apply now!

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation.
  • Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
  • Providing shipment-specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the QuickSTAT management team.
  • Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
  • Understanding client tariffs and handling quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.
  • Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
  • Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.

Your Skills and Experiences
  • Experience in logistics, preferably in a customer-focused role.
  • Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous; experience in Pharma is preferable.
  • Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills.
  • Great communication skills with strong self-motivation.
  • Analytical thinking with good numeric/financial ability.
