Job description

Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics?

Your Role

In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Customer Care activities, ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will oversee all QuickSTAT live network activities, ensuring adherence to established rate structures and pricing policies.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Processing consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quick’s online booking portal (Quickonline), including routing, classifying service type, establishing deadlines, and printing job orders.
  2. Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
  3. Providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing follow-ups, including relaying details about flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc.
  4. Monitoring and responding to client emails via shared mailboxes.
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Calculating and arranging suitable temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
  7. Tracking and tracing consignments, providing status updates throughout transit.
  8. Monitoring and acting on special alarms (SPAs).
Your Skills and Experiences
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level).
  2. Comprehensive understanding of courier/freight operations, including import/export, warehouse, and transport.
  3. Strong understanding of world geography and temperature-controlled packaging solutions available on the market.
  4. Ability to work successfully under pressure.
  5. Excellent time management skills.
  6. Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
