Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist- QuickStat

Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics?

Your Role

In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Customer Care activities, ensuring compliance with all company policies. You will oversee all QuickSTAT live network activities, ensuring adherence to rate structures and pricing policies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Processing consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quick’s online booking portal, Quickonline, including routing, service classification, deadline setting, and job order printing.
  • Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
  • Providing clients with status updates and follow-ups, including flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, and resolutions.
  • Monitoring and responding to client emails via shared mailboxes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Calculating and arranging temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
  • Tracking consignments and updating clients throughout transit.
  • Monitoring and acting on special alarms (SPAs).
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level).
  • Understanding of Courier/Freight Operations, including Import/Export/Warehouse & Transport.
  • Knowledge of world geography and temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm.
