Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION: We're seeking a Customer Service Agent to join QuickSTAT Global Life Science Logistics, a Kuehne+Nagel company, to support our international team.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist clients with all phases of consignment preparation, ensure compliance with company policies, monitor network activities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Process consignment orders via email, phone, and Quickonline portal, including routing, service classification, deadlines, and job printing.
  2. Manage green light approvals for non-EU consignments.
  3. Provide clients with status updates, including delays, proof of deliveries, and additional charges.
  4. Monitor client emails and ensure compliance with policies.
  5. Arrange temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
  6. Track consignments and update clients throughout transit, including processing reports and manifests.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent customer service and telephone manners.
  • Understanding of courier and freight operations, including import/export, warehouse, and transport.
  • Good knowledge of world geography.
  • Understanding of temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulations for importing/exporting pharmaceutical products.
  • Awareness of time zones and transit milestones.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility for OT/BH coverage.
