Job summary

Barchester is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the UK. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, giving tours, and networking with the local community to raise the home’s profile.

You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches, manage CRM data, and support local marketing activities to convert enquiries and increase occupancy. The role offers a competitive salary with commission and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
• Respond to sales enquiries
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
• Maintain a contacts database
