Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will lead sales and marketing activities to increase occupancy, handle enquiries, and develop the home's digital profile while networking with the local community.

Working closely with an experienced management team, you will convert inquiries, deliver welcoming tours, and build strong relationships with residents and relatives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, healthcare preferred but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester in a friendly, professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents by phone and provide welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy

NEED TO HAVE:
