Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team in Exmouth. You will drive occupancy by delivering sales and marketing activities, handling inquiries, and networking with the local community.

The role involves developing the home’s digital profile and coordinating with an exceptional management team to ensure a first‑class experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Be self‑motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
