Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Banbury is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to lead sales and marketing at our state‑of‑the‑art care home. You will handle enquiries, drive occupancy, and develop the home's digital profile while working with a supportive management team.

You will network with the local community, deliver tours to potential residents, analyse data in Salesforce, and represent the home professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first‑class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. • Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
