• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales, including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy

• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
• Respond to sales enquiries
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
• Maintain a contacts database
