Job summary

Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. You will drive occupancy through proactive sales and marketing activities, handle enquiries with professionalism, develop the home’s digital profile, and network with the local community to raise awareness and attract potential residents while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. Key Duties

• Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
• Respond to sales enquiries
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
• Maintain a contacts database
