As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and versatile Project Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeableRelationship Managerto join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our existing customers, including large accounts. You will be the key contact for high-value clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from the OMS platform and receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, including large and strategic accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Understand client’s business model, goals, and challenges to proactively identify ways OMS can add value.
  • Hold regular training and drop in sessions for clients, ensuring they are utilising their system.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide product updates and best practice advice.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Development, Helpdesk & Support, Sales and Marketing) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.
  • Handle customer queries, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication.
  • Occasionally attend client meetings, industry events, or training sessions across the UK.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in relationship/account management, ideally within financial services or SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of the UK mortgage industry (brokerages, networks, and/or lenders).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the Horsham office 1–2 times per week, and to client sites as required.
