Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the UK. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, networking with the local community and developing the home’s digital profile.

We value professional sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication, with a self-motivated, target-driven attitude. A full UK driving licence is required to support local activities.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
