Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist to bridge manufacturing and customer teams, ensuring clear communication and robust root-cause analysis. You will contribute to CAPA, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in a regulated engineering environment.

This position offers hands-on quality responsibilities in a manufacturing context, with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to develop toward project-quality leadership from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mech/Manufacturing/Aerospace) or equivalent.
• Experience supporting quality investigations and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing quality investigations and coordinate effective corrective actions.
• Assist in quality plans and risk management using FMEA to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, project management and commercial teams.
• Contribute to customer reports, quality documentation and project updates.
