As a Customer Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our manufacturing teams and our customers. You will ensure that quality concerns are investigated effectively and communicated with the transparency and professionalism our clients expect. Working alongside experienced quality professionals, you will gain exposure to complex engineering projects while building your expertise in quality assurance, structured root cause analysis (RCA), customer engagement, and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related engineering discipline.
Proven experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or quality-focused environment (gained via employment, placement year, apprenticeship, or a graduate program).
Working knowledge of quality management principles and manufacturing processes.
Foundational understanding of root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or comparable quality management standards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
