Our client in Blandford Forum seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to bridge between customers and on-site manufacturing teams, owning complaints and corrective actions and driving quality improvements. You will work with 8D, 5 Why and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, supporting audits and supplier quality reviews.

With 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role, you’ll engage with customers directly and lead investigations through to resolution, while contributing to PPAP, APQP, PFMEA and

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Experience leading investigations to resolution with customers.
• Comfortable dealing directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA and process controls.

Mansioni

• Own customer complaints and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support customer audits, visits and quality reviews with production and suppliers.
• Lead investigations using 8D, 5 Why and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality culture on site.
