Job summary

Alexander Fisher Executive Search LLP is recruiting a Customer Order Coordinator / Sales Progress Coordinator in Bishop's Stortford. You will monitor orders through to delivery, acting as the customer's representative and coordinating across Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Warehouse to meet agreed dates.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or progression roles within a manufacturing or sales environment.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Warehouse.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders from entry to completion and dispatch.
• Maintain clear overview of orders, deadlines and delivery dates.
• Liaise with National Sales Manager and sales team to share progress.
• Confirm material availability with Purchasing and Parts.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production on timescales and priorities.
• Escalate issues if orders may miss delivery date and drive resolution.
• Provide accurate progress information to the sales team and customers.
