IQE plc in Cardiff is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the commercial team. You will receive, process and acknowledge customer orders, communicate requirements to engineering, QA and logistics, and help ensure 100% satisfaction.

You will track orders, update customers on status, work with planning to meet delivery promises, and contribute to KPI reporting. The role offers an opportunity to develop within a values-driven, sustainability-focused company.

Qualifications

• Sales administrative experience is desirable
• Computer literate

Responsabilités

• Order Processing: Enter orders into IQE’s order book and verify T&Cs.
• Order acknowledgment: Coordinate with planning for timely delivery of acknowledgments.
• Order Tracking: Monitor order book and update customers on status and on-time delivery.
• Customer queries: Liaise with agents and customers on order-related questions.
• After-sales support: Assist commercial team in resolving inquiries.
• Administrative support: Provide general admin support to the commercial team.
• Sales systems: Maintain and update Salesforce database.
• KPIs: Prepare, analyze and report daily/weekly/monthly KPI data.
