Work Wales in Cardiff is seeking an organised Customer Development Co-ordinator to join the customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and supporting CRM records.

This varied role offers exposure to tender preparation, reporting and business projects, plus opportunities to coordinate visits and exhibitions while helping to improve processes and systems for a smoother customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, with a focus on responsive communication.
• Proactive and well organised, with attention to detail.
• Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Manage customer complaints and support the customer portal.
• Liaise with production to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare reports, support tenders and assist with business projects.
• Coordinate customer visits and exhibitions as required.
• Support continuous improvement by helping to develop processes and systems.
