Job summary

Lyst is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Platform squad in the Data & Infrastructure tribe. You’ll help build, maintain and scale the system infrastructure handling tens of millions of requests daily, while ensuring security and a great developer experience.

You will collaborate with engineers across the business, focus on deployment, automation, scale, monitoring and ownership, and contribute to a secure, high-performance platform that supports AI-assisted engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and scalable infra.
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and automation.
• Strong knowledge of containerised environments and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy code for 200+ applications, services and APIs using Terraform, Docker and GitHub.
• Create automation to manage infrastructure, metrics and code declaratively.
• Scale platform to handle billions of requests per month using AWS, Kubernetes and CDN tooling.
• Monitor performance and deliver insights with ELK, Grafana and New Relic.
• Drive teams to own infrastructure and costs with tooling, visibility and docs.
• Maintain secure deployment pipelines and access controls.
