Job summary

Spectrum Storage Group (the LOVESPACE brand) is seeking a Customer Operations professional to be the friendly first contact for customers, handling queries and resolving issues across email, phone and live chat.

You will process bookings, keep accounts up to date, and work with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey. This fixed-term contract role starts in August and requires in-office presence at SE1.

• Previous experience delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Excellent communication skills - clear, warm and confident over the phone, with excellent written skills.
• Highly organised with fanatical attention to detail and good judgment.
