Job summary

Biamp in Brighton is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to support UK and Europe customers from order to delivery. You will process orders in our ERP, manage inquiries through our ticketing system, and serve as a key contact for customers needing information or assistance.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate pricing, coordinate with third-party warehouses, and track shipments to meet delivery timelines in a busy international environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer operations, order management or B2B service.
• Fluent written and spoken English, good communication with customers.
• Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN is a plus.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Process purchase orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Keep customers updated on lead times, order status, backorders and related questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure correct shipment and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to prioritise orders when inventory is limited.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
